Avans University of Applied Sciences, ‘s-Hertogenbosch almost at height

At Onderwijsboulevard 256 in the Bossche Paleiskwartier, near the Central Station, approximately 20,000 m² of new educational space for Avans University of Applied Sciences is being built, based on a design by DP6 architecture studio. Most of the building sections are now at height.

The new educational building consists of 2 building sections of 4 and 6 storeys high respectively, with a large atrium in between. In addition to a new educational building for Avans University of Applied Sciences, homes and an underground parking level with a public deck with a park on top are also being built. The residential programme consists of homes for students and 1-2 person households for Brabant Wonen.
